HCA PRIMER 2EZ TV

HCA PRIMER 2EZ TV is an epoxy primer developed for non ferrous substrates(like aluminium, zinc, …), blasted- and primed steel and synthetic materials. This two component primer can be used with HCA intumescent coatings for applications in external C2--C4 environment (ISO 12944).

HCA PRIMER 2EZ TV is a polyamide cured epoxy primer for immersion, non-immersion services and for a variety of non-ferrous substrates. It has superior adherence to galvanized surfaces, including hot-dip galvanized steel. Hot-dip galvanized steel must be treated in accordance with instructions for HCA ST, zinc treatment.

HCA PRIMER 2EZ TV is a durable primer, with excellent properties against splash or spillage of water, solvents, chemicals and petroleum products. All HCA intumescent coatings can applied over this primer.
