HCA UR 05

HCA UR 05 is a tinted, clear liquid of mediumviscosity based on reactive phosphoros polyol (functionality approx. 2).

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Flame Guard’s HCA UR 05 flame retardant is a non-halogenated liquid phosphorus polyol. Due to their hydroxyl groups they are chemically bound to the foam matrix. The incorporation leads to a high migration stability, perfect emission performance and supports the effective condensed phase flame retardant effect. HCA UR 05 is developed at first for a flame retardant preparation of polyether- and polyurethane foam. The product is built in the chemical polymer-structure. For this reason the product is highly effective and the foam has a very low fogging-value. Ageing doesn't have any influence on the flame retardancy.
