HCA PRIMER WBL is based on a waterborne copolymer technique. HCA PRIMER WBL combines the properties of an alkyd emulsion with the properties of a acrylic dispersion. HCA PRIMER WBL is a quick drying primer and
especially suitable for softwood and hardwood which will be coated with a intumescent coating HCA WL-W.
