HCA TR PRIMER

HCA TR PRIMER is a colourless, waterborne primer to improve the adhesion of timber, wood derivatives and decoration products. HCA TR PRIMER can be used as pre-treatment of HCA TR fire resistant coating & HCA TR VARNISH.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

HCA TR PRIMER is a waterborne, one component primer based on a copolymer dispersion. HCA TR PRIMER is a quick drying primer for all surfaces where no sufficient adhesion of HCA TR & HCA TR VARNISH can be guaranteed.

HCA TR fire resistant coating is a colourless transparent coating based on waterborne dispersion. HCA TR fire resistant coating must always be used in combination protective finish HCA TR VARNISH. HCA TR VARNISH is a solvent based, colourless finish especially developed to improve dust- and water resistance (no outdoor applications!) and to diminish the slight stickiness of HCA TR fire resistant coating. HCA TR PRIMER, HCA TR fire resistant coating and HCA TR VARNISH cannot be used for outdoor applications.

HCA TR PRIMER can be applied on strong absorbing surfaces or on internal timber, wood constructions, on various plastics like polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene to improve the adhesion. Before applying on polymeric materials it is recommended to do an adhesion test.

The primer can be applied with brush, roller or spray application. HCA TR PRIMER can be used indoors and does not contribute to the fire propagation.
