HCA ITC

HCA ITC fire retardant is an odour- and colourless harmless solution, based on the nitrogen-phosphorus synergism. This solution is suitable to make both natural as well as mixed fibres fire retardant on a halogen-free basis.

PROPERTIES

HCA ITC fire retardant is a highly effective fire retardant liquid which can be absorbed quickly by water-absorbing materials after it has been diluted and a wetting agent, preferably HCA OV, has been added. After drying the active chemicals remain behind and give the material its fire retardant quality.

If the correct quantity is used, HCA ITC fire retardant has little to no negative effects on the properties of the material. It does not cause mildew or saline sediment, does not affect the colours and the treated textile retains its flexibility. HCA ITC fire retardant is extremely user-friendly, as it is non-toxic and does not irritate skin and eyes. The pH value of the product is neutral.
